Tree Related Property Planning

BS5837:2005 is the new British Standard applied to trees on development sites.

It has subtly but significantly changed the game and every property developer ignores trees requirements at their peril. That change has come from the fact that it is now elevated to the status of "recommendation" rather than it's previous status "guidance".

Trees are now, more than ever, a material consideration and we are here to help take designers through the process of designing properties in the vicinity of trees.

Get it right by getting sound advice from the very start and the trees can enhance and compliment the design. Trees are likely to be preserved by their owners if they compliment and suit their environment.
